Man stripped, beaten and nearly killed for stealing Keke in Umuahia

According to a Facebook user, the man was stripped, beaten and paraded naked for allegedly stealing tricycle popularly known as Keke in Ibeku Umuahia, Abia State. He didn't mention when the incident occurred.
