It’s a frustrating and a sardonic news that the Nigeria
doctors embarked on a long strike.
I am maniacally bewildered, overgassted and flabberwhelmed
at the paraplegic crinkum crankam that characterized the behavior of the
Nigerian doctors. The perfidy and mendacity of all the apparatchic of the
doctors is not only repugnant but also insalubrious
This strike is a disdain and contrary to their professional
oath/status. It`s also disbelieving that they didn’t consider the life that
would be lost during those days they would be off duty. It`s pathetic that a country as big as Nigeria
cannot handle issues that are necessary without embarking on strike.
Some weeks ago, the
super eagles of Nigeria refuse to train after qualifying from the group stage
in Brazil 2014, all in the same name of bonuses(MONEY). I wonder why most
Nigerians cannot show patriotism and devotion without considering financial
benefits.
More than 200 persons have been reported dead due to the
ongoing strike of medical doctors in Nigeria. Now the big question is; Can the
doctors bring back to life those who are dead as a result of their strike? It`s
sarcastic and disappointing that doctors who claim to be professional can
value money more than life they are suppose to save.
If doctors can go on strike, I think the police would be
next, followed by Nigeria military. The similarity between Nigeria doctors and
super Eagles of Nigeria is GREED. Money should never be a yardstick for
patriotism.
The doctors should be abash of themselves and stop this
jiggery, poky, odoriferous, sagacum gargantum and go back to work.
