Police in Samut Prakhan,Thailand arrested a man after he confessed to damaging a black Toyota sedan by splashing orange paint on it out of anger when he discovered the car had blocked the exit of his house, making him unable to get his own car out to run errands.

At the scene, police found that a side window glass as well as the licence plate were broken.
