The EFCC, Benin zonal office, has arraigned a diesel supplier, Kelly .K. Oguruma, before Justice Emmanuel .A. Abile of the Federal High Court sitting in Warri, Delta State on a one - count charge bordering on intent to defraud.

Ogurume was alleged to have sometimes on January 18, 2017 obtained the sum of Three Million Six Hundred and Thirty Thousand Naira (3,630,000) from the manager of VOE OIL NIGERIA LTD Mr Nosakhare Evbuomwan forthe supply of 15,000 litres of Kerosene which he never did supply thereby committed an offence contrary to section 1(1) b of the Advance Fee Fraud and other Fraud Related Offences Act 2006 and punishable under section 1(3) of the same act.
The judge having considered the submissions of both counsels asked the defence counsel to make his bail application formal and directed that the accused be remanded at Federal prison, Okere Warri, Delta State. The case has been adjourned to November 21,2017 for commencement of trial.
